Initial ‘GET HOME showcase READY’ Consultation & VacanT HOME STAGING SERVICES

We really enjoyed working on this luxury living end unit residence, located at the distinguished The Townes at Harborview, with spectacular direct waterfront views from all levels! This project started with an 1 Hour Staging Consultation, our signature Occupied ‘Walk & Talk’ service.

After pointing out improvements, de-cluttering, furniture re-arrangement and a shopping list, the Owners decided to move out - since they were re-locating to another state - and have us do our magic in a ‘white canvas’ home. The only items left in the house was patio furniture. Before the staging, we advised paint colors for the bathrooms that will provide an updated look and compliment the golden hardware fixtures. For our vacant staging design we selected contemporary, mid-century modern furnishings and added soft tones of blue, pink and off white colors.
